Saronno Sushi Restaurant Design

A sushi restaurant scheme with quieter lighting and a finer seating scale, suited to evening dining.

“Design is not about filling space, but about leaving perceptible clarity between function, circulation and atmosphere.”

The Saronno project puts the rhythm of evening dining first. Lighting is brought down to a softer level, and the scale difference between banquettes and tables is refined so guests can settle into the room more easily.

Rather than chasing drama, the project builds a calm brand image through stable surfaces, soft reflections and a more ordered seating layout.
