The Saronno project puts the rhythm of evening dining first. Lighting is brought down to a softer level, and the scale difference between banquettes and tables is refined so guests can settle into the room more easily.
Rather than chasing drama, the project builds a calm brand image through stable surfaces, soft reflections and a more ordered seating layout.

A full row of dried reeds rises behind the banquettes; under the lowered lighting they read like field grass at dusk. The room is set up for a quiet dinner — once seated, the eye settles back onto the table.
The materials are herringbone timber flooring, black marble and backlit wall panels printed with bamboo shadows. Primary light is folded into brass-mesh pendants and LED edges on the booth screens, while recessed floor lines only trace the aisles, keeping tabletops brighter than walkways.
Banquettes line the wall in a single row with loose tables in the centre, so service runs on one straight line. The lit screens give each table a semi-private edge, supporting a slower evening service that extends dwell time and average spend.
