“Design is not about filling space, but about leaving perceptible clarity between function, circulation and atmosphere.”
The Rome restaurant project treats a sense of stay within a limited footprint as its core. Continuous wall surfaces, warm lighting and rhythmic seating make the compact dining room feel visually complete while supporting frequent daily use.
Rather than relying on strong decorative symbols, the scheme builds atmosphere through material, light and circulation. Arrival, dining area and service edge remain clearly connected, allowing guests to read the room quickly while keeping the experience soft and intimate.
